Dan founded Mindshare Group in 2001 where he now serves as President and Strategic Benefits Advisor. As the company’s senior advisor, Dan truly enjoys the opportunity to work directly with clients. Understanding their industry, unique culture, business priorities, and challenges allows him to bring forward the best benefits and HR solutions to help them succeed.

As Mindshare’s President, Dan appreciates the opportunity to drive the continuous process improvements required to meet the challenges that the organization and our clients face. Every day, he is inspired by the incredible, quality work and dedication to clients demonstrated by the Mindshare team.

Prior to founding Mindshare Group, Dan spent 11 years at Hewlett Packard. He led the Technology and Finance division as North American GM in addition to various marketing and channel sales roles. Dan holds a B.A. in Social Science from U.C. Berkeley.

Outside of work, you’ll find Dan enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, especially in and around Lake Tahoe. Whether it’s on a tennis or volleyball court, hiking a mountain trail, or playing golf, Dan loves to be active and outdoors!
