Nicole Arakawa

Nicole joined Mindshare Group in 2022 as an HR Business Partner. Nicole offers our clients access to her extensive experience in HR policy, employee relations & performance management, and metrics analysis. Before joining the Mindshare team, Nicole served as HR Manager for a privately-held, start-up company based in the Bay Area.

Nicole earned a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Rhetoric and Communications from UC Davis. After graduating, Nicole gained experience as an HR generalist with several Bay Area companies and is valued by clients for her open and honest communication style, her proactive approach to problem-solving, and thoughtful attention to detail.

In her free time, you’re likely to find Nicole spending quality time with her family. She enjoys time spent hiking in the Sierra Nevada, hugging old-growth redwoods along California’s northern coast, and gazing into tidepools.
