Stephanie McCary

Stephanie joined Mindshare Group 12 years ago as a licensed broker and Senior Account Manager. Today, she is involved in all aspects of benefits administration, including the resolution of any administrative or escalated claims issues. She also helps to manage our benefits administration systems, which handle all aspects of our Benefits administration.

Prior to Mindshare Group, Stephanie served as an HR Generalist at Fremont Bank, Aspire Public Schools, and a benefits consulting firm. Stephanie received her B.A. in Communication from the University of Arizona.

Stephanie shares, “After nearly two decades of experience in benefits administration, surviving a stroke, and being diagnosed with M.S., I genuinely appreciate the importance of strong medical coverage. My experiences have motivated me to ensure our clients and their employees have access to the best coverage possible. Every day, my goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients as an extension of their HR Department.”
